At MIRÉ, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


General Policy

  • You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at info@mirecollection.com to request a return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

  • We will review the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns on:

    • Sale items

    • Gift cards


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • The item must meet the same conditions: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@mirecollection.com.
